GET TO KNOW ME
My ideal clients are adults experiencing burnout in helping professions, or who are at a transitional time in life. You know there is more out there, but you are stuck in a routine of your own making that doesn’t match what you know is possible. My clients are most often highly intelligent, self aware, and marginalized people who have a history of trauma and have struggled with perfectionism and over-achieving their entire lives. You may people please, feel overly empathetic and drained by others’ problems and emotions, or wonder why others don’t notice the larger, systemic issues at work or in society that seem so obvious to you.
We will be a great match if you have previous therapy experience, are seeking deeper work, and are in a stable place in your healing journey. My expertise is in integrated therapeutic models including EMDR, polyvagal work, somatic experiencing, and an IFS informed approach.
It is important to me that clients leave our sessions feeling as if the change they desire is not only possible, but actively taking place. You’ve already done the hard work of learning to survive whatever originally brought you to therapy- I want to help you thrive and bloom into your most authentic self!
